  • One dad said, “The reason I’m not rich is because I have you kids.” The other said, “The reason I must be rich is because I have you kids.”
  • House is a liability.
  • The poor and the middle class work for money, the rich have money work for them.
  • The main cause of poverty or financial struggle is fear and ignorance.
  • When it comes to money, people want to play it safe and feel secure. So passion doesn’t direct them, fear does. Learn to manage fear and desire.
  • Job is really a short term solution to long term problem. Job is an acronym for “Just Over Broke”.
  • “It says best-selling author, not best writing author”.
  • The most common form of laziness: laziness by being busy.
  • Profit is made when you buy the house, not when you sell.
  • Wealth is a person’s ability to survive so many number of days forward — or, if I stopped working today, how long could i survive?
  • Often in the real world, it’s not the smart who gets ahead, but the bold.
  • The primary difference between a rich people and poor people is how they manage fear.
  • For most people, the reason they don’t win financially is because the pain of losing money is far greater than the joy of being rich.
  • Failures inspires winners, failure defeats losers.
  • If you have any desire to be rich, you must FOCUS. Follow One Course Until Successful.
  • Instead of saying “I can’t afford it”, asking “How can I afford it?” opens up possibilities, excitement, and dreams.
  • Cynics criticize, winners analyze.
  • The easy road often becomes hard, the hard road often becomes easy.
